    Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:

    -Working as an integral member of the Talent Management team.
    -Implementing new engagement initiatives aligned to the overall strategic HR plan and vision of becoming an employer of choice in Palestine, such as: Recognition Awards & Events, Staff Welcome initiatives and so on.
    -Assuring that employee initiatives are followed up and communicated, such as Employee of the Month certificates & announcements.
    -Working closely with the companie's PR and MarComs to ensure alignment with all HR initiatives along with external brand positioning and communication tone and content, if any. (Example newsletter).
    -Developing and implementing initiatives based on the outcomes of the possible (focus groups, employee surveys) to ensure that all employees within Wataniya believe that their voices are heard and action will be taken.
    -Creating and managing all staff related events for Wataniya, by working with external agencies and vendors as well as internal company PR and MarComs to ensure the success of such events.
    -Working across the whole HR Department to coordinate and collate all information related to any new initiative that needs to be communicated through Wataniya Staff.

    Experience & Qualifications:

    -Minimum three years of experience in a similar job ideally in a telecommunication environment.
    -Bachelor degree in related field.

    Skills:
    -Strong background of Marketing and communication.
    -Personal management skills.
    -Strong planning and organizational skills.
    -Strong Leadership skills.
    -Dynamic and pro-active.
    -Strong sense of initiative.
    -Good communicator and motivator.

    Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:

    -Planning and managing the activities of various training programs for each of Wataniya Mobile departments.
    -Proactively gaining involvement and understanding of all major internal initiatives that impact the Wataniya Mobile Training activities.
    -Overseeing the design and delivery of appropriate training to support those initiatives.
    -Planning and implementing structured training programs to support the Wataniya Mobile management, as appropriate.
    -Interacting with management to ensure the successful implementation of training.
    -Liaising with performance management so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of staff training and continuous development.
    -Overseeing the implementation of quality checks on training and reacting to the findings, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with business requirements.
    -Making sure that punctual training is developed and delivered when appropriate.
    -Organising the distribution of training certificates.
    -Overseeing the maintenance of accurate training records for all Wataniya Mobile employees together with individual and team records of success.
    -Overseeing the Management courses delivered to Wataniya Mobile Management.

    Experience & Qualifications:

    -Minimum two years of experience in a similar job ideally in a telecommunication environment.
    -Bachelor degree in a related field.

    Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:

    Providing internal and external support to indirect sales team and channels in handling all kind of requests, assuring a high level of information flow and communication with all parties, and providing daily/weekly/monthly diverse types of reports and feedback to indirect sales management.

    -Providing daily feedback/status report on each channel's requests.
    -Following up on incoming requests with other departments (Marketing, Customer Care, Technical, etc).
    -Preparing monthly news flash that includes all Wataniya updated offers & services to be circulated to sales development executives and distribution outlets.
    -Assuring the information flow of new marketing promotions/campaigns, new offers & services, VAS, into the Sales Direction (Indirect).
    -Receiving/organizing/forwarding any incoming sales leads, prospect dealer, merchandising Request, etc...
    -Preparing weekly/monthly consolidated summary report to each channel's first line manager showing progress report and pending requests.

    Experience & Qualifications:
    -2 years experience in Sales, Marketing, or similar role.
    -Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

    Skills:

    -Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    -Excellent Organizational skills.
    -Very good thoroughness and attention to details skills.
    -Very good knowledge in general administrative duties.
    -Motivated and Pro-active.
    -Ability to work under pressure.
    -Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
    -Excellent Computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office Suit
